The Derelict

The Guardian jumps through the portal in the Derelict and enters the realm of the Nine. The Guardian finds the Emissary and a Ghost hovering near her.

The Nine: Do you regret this?

The Emissary: What?

The Nine: Judgement.

The Emissary: I have more agency as an agent than I ever did wielding the Light.

The Nine: You lost everything.

The Ghost falls to the ground.

The Emissary: Nothing that ever mattered. I would die for those I love.

The Nine: We don't understand.

The Emissary: No.

The Emissary disappears.
