Collect the Strands of Nobility from thieves all across the system.
Queen Mara Sov reports that some strands of the Noble Seal are still lost, but her Corsairs have tracked down the offending Taken, Hive, and Fallen thieves. She believes they pilfered from the Dreaming City while it was embroiled in war and many places within it were unguarded. She trusts you will retrieve what they stole and deliver justice for their crimes against the Reef.
