A Guardian in Shining Armor
Open the Details screen on a piece of Sunlit armor with Small Kindling added as a mod. Add the Large Kindling under armor mods.
Adding Large Kindling allows Sunlit armor to be imbued with Shining Embers. You may only imbue an armor piece with Large Kindling applied as a mod.
Sunlit armor with Large Kindling added can be imbued with Shining Embers, which has a chance of rolling a high random stat.
