Eris Morn is finishing up a call as you approach.

"Missing has to do with attention on an absence, rather than the absence of attention. A process which is entirely within one's own psyche. Think on it."

She pauses.

"I feel the same, Rat. We'll speak again soon."

Eris turns her attention to you. "Memories are what bind us. They create a collective experience from which we may construct an entirely new reality."

She reaches out and takes your weapon. "Let our communion empower you for the tribulation lying ahead."

After a moment she hands the gun back, and it feels heavier somehow.
